Terms of Use — Komix
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Komix Android application ("the App"), provided by Hai Phat LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. The App
Komix is a manga/webtoon reading app. It works guest-first — no account or sign-in is required to read. Some features can be enhanced with an optional ad-free purchase (Section 5).
2. Content in the App
Komix's comic/webtoon catalog — titles, authors, cover art, and synopses shown in the App — consists of original and fictional works created for the App. They are not affiliated with, and do not reproduce content from, any real-world publisher, author, or copyrighted manga/webtoon series. The App does not host a shared library of third-party content, and it does not currently accept user-uploaded content.
3. Copyright / intellectual-property complaints
If you believe content in the App infringes your copyright, contact us at minhtrieo742@gmail.com with a description of the work and the alleged infringement, and we will review and respond.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code, except as permitted by law; interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or security; or use the App in a way that violates applicable law or Google Play policies.
5. Purchases (ad-free)
- Komix offers an optional ad-free upgrade, available as a weekly subscription, a monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. All three simply remove ads from the App — there is no other paid feature.
- Purchases are billed and processed through Google Play Billing. Pricing, billing frequency, and renewal terms are shown in the App and in the Google Play purchase screen before you confirm.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time via Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions.

6. Ads
The App may display ads served through Google AdMob and its mediation partners to support the App at no or lower cost to you. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hai Phat LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Changes to the App or these Terms
We may update the App, and these Terms, from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
