These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FoldCraft Origami mobile application (the "App"), provided by Hai Phat LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use (e.g. learning paper folding techniques and playing the included folding activities).
You agree not to:
All origami/kirigami lesson content, illustrations, models, and instructional material included in the App are original works created by, or licensed to, Hai Phat LTD, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license in Section 1, we reserve all rights, title, and interest in the App and its content.
The App does not include, host, or allow you to upload third-party copyrighted material. Any folding projects, notes, or progress you create while using the App remain local to your device and are not shared with other users or hosted by us.
Copyright / IP complaints. If you believe content within the App infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us at the email below with (a) a description of the work you claim is infringed, (b) the location of the material within the App, and (c) your contact information. We will review and respond to legitimate complaints.
The App may display third-party advertisements served via Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the products/services they promote. Interacting with an ad is at your own discretion and subject to the advertiser's and Google's own terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hai Phat LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
