Privacy Policy

Hai Phat LTD ("we", "us", "our") operates the FoldCraft Origami mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

FoldCraft Origami does not require you to create an account or sign in, and does not ask you to enter your name, email address, or any other personal profile information.

The App collects the following information automatically, through third-party services embedded in the App:

• Advertising identifiers and device/app information, collected by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), used to serve and measure in-app advertising. This may include your advertising ID, device model, OS version, and approximate (network-derived) location.
• App usage and interaction data, collected by Firebase Analytics, used to understand how the App is used (e.g. which screens or folding lessons are opened) so we can improve it.
• Crash and diagnostic logs, collected by Firebase Crashlytics, used to detect and fix bugs. Crash reports may include device information, OS version, and stack traces at the time of a crash.
• Remote configuration data, fetched by Firebase Remote Config, used to control feature flags and app behavior remotely. This does not identify you personally.
• Notification permission (Android 13+), if you grant it, is used only to show in-app reminder notifications; it does not by itself transmit personal data.

We do not collect your contacts, precise location, camera/microphone content, SMS, or files stored elsewhere on your device beyond what the App itself needs to function.

2. Your origami/kirigami content stays on your device

FoldCraft Origami is a local learning and folding-game app. The lessons, models, and any progress or customization data are either bundled with the App or generated procedurally on your device. Nothing you fold, view, or create inside the App is uploaded, hosted, or synced to our servers or to any third party. The App uses internet access only to load remote configuration, send analytics/crash events, and display ads — not to transmit your in-app content.

3. Advertising

The App may display advertisements served through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). AdMob and its partner networks may use advertising identifiers and device information to select and measure ads, and may set cookies or similar technologies for that purpose, subject to Google's own privacy policy and advertising policies. You can reset or opt out of personalized/interest-based advertising through your device's system settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads, or equivalent, depending on Android version and OEM).

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. Data described above is processed by our service providers (Google, operator of Firebase and Google Mobile Ads/AdMob) acting on our behalf, under their own privacy and data-processing terms:

We do not share your data with any other third party for their own independent marketing purposes.

5. Data retention and deletion

Since the App has no account system, there is no user profile or in-app data tied to your identity stored on our servers. Analytics and crash data collected by Google/Firebase is retained according to Google's own retention policies. You can:

• Clear locally-stored app data at any time via Android Settings → Apps → FoldCraft Origami → Storage → Clear data (this resets local progress/preferences on that device).
• Reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads via Android system settings.
• Uninstalling the App removes all local data associated with it from your device.

6. Children's privacy

FoldCraft Origami is a general-audience Art & Design app and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us using the details below so we can address it.

7. Security

We rely on the security practices of our infrastructure providers (Google Firebase, Google Mobile Ads) for data they process on our behalf. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the nature of the data described in this policy.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
